Outfit ♥ 22.11.13

Ein Make-up mit dem wunderschönen “Tartan”-Kleid, das meine Mutter vor Jahren mal genäht hat (alles kommt wieder!), habt ihr → hier ja schon gesehen. Heute gibt’s einen kompletten Look dazu, das Make-up habe ich nur minimal abgewandelt.

Das Kleid wurde leider nicht für mich geschnitten, meine Mama hat es damals für sich genäht und da sitzt es an mir natürlich ganz anders. Es dürfte ruhig etwas weiter sein (am liebsten ausgestellt!), mehr Taille haben und auch obenrum ganz anders aussehen. Meine Problemlösungen: ein Gürtel (die Story dazu kennt ihr ja bereits vom → Haarband), für eine betontere Taille. Die sieht man zwar unter dem Blazer, der ebenfalls gegen das Problem arbeiten soll, nicht, aber trotzdem wirkt es durch die Betonung der Taille etwas schmäler an der Stelle. Der Blazer versteckt zudem, dass es an den Hüften etwas enger sitzt (gut, man sieht es an meinem Bauch auch ein bisschen, aber trotzdem kaschiert der Blazer – vor allem in Echt – doch nochmal ein Stückchen) und da er leicht tailliert ist, ist immerhin ein kleiner Effekt da. :) Außerdem sieht man dank ihm nicht, dass es oben seltsam aufliegt. ;)
Haha, so viele Probleme und trotzdem gefällt mir das Outfit sehr gern – und nun suche ich natürlich erst recht ein Kleid mit Schottenkaro, das passt. :) Mit Taille und ausgestelltem Rockteil. Da werde ich wohl mal ordentlich stöbern müssen! :)

You’ve already → seen the make-up I wore with this tartan dress (my mother sewed it many years ago – you see: everything comes back!). Today I’ll show you a complete look and modified the make-up just a little. :)

This dress wasn’t made for me, my mother sewed it for herself, so that’s why it doesn’t fit me that well. It should be wider (I love flared dresses!), have a more waisted cut, and the upper part should look different.
This is how I solved these problems: I chose a belt to accentuate my waist. You can’t really see it under the blazer (which also helps with the waist problem) but it still looks more waisted because of that trick. The blazer also hides that the dress needs to be wider at my hips – even if you can still see my belly – so it conceals this tight fit, although just a bit. But there is an effect! :) And it covers the weird cut of the upper section. ;)
So many problems – but I still like the outfit very much! And now I’ll be searching for a perfect tartan dress more than ever! Waisted and flared. I’m gonna have to look hard! :)

Wie schon erwähnt, hab’ ich das Make-up beibehalten – die einzige kleine Änderung ist ein weiß schimmernder Lidschatten, den ich noch im Innenwinkel und als Highlighter dazu aufgetragen habe. ;)
